Pre-School Classes

For ages 3 to 5, in Ballet, Tap & Jazz teaching dance & movement using methods to develop creativity, audio effects to motivate this age group. Assessments based on participation are available in these classes through A.T.O.D Ltd.


Classical Ballet

Ages 5 & Over.
There are 12 levels of classical ballet with each level progressing systematically & building strength and artistry. Students are graded according to age & ability. Pointe work is offered to female students 11 years & over. National Character classes are also offered as part of an all-round classical ballet training. Examinations through A.T.O.D Ltd are available.

RAD classical ballet is being introduced in 2012. Examinations will be available.


Tap

Ages 5 & Over.
There are 12 levels of tap which is technically based yet innovative, encompassing diverse styles. Students are graded according to age & ability. Examinations through A.T.O.D Ltd are available.

Glenn Wood Tap is being introduced in 2012. Examinations will be available.


Jazz

Jazz from 5 years - A new innovative syllabus incorporates warm-ups, stretches, floor & corner work including turns, kicks & jumps, historical steps, up to the minute moves, combinations, progressions & dances, building strength, energy & attack. Designed to technically develop students whether on a recreational or professional level.


Hip Hop

An exciting new Hip Hop syllabus graded to suit each level of ability. Learn the newest style of Jazz Dance in a fun environment.

Modern / Contemporary

Modern
A lyrical form of Jazz using a combination of jazz & ballet technique, incorporating the use of strength, control, flexibility & expressive movement.
Contemporary
A new innovative form of modern dance with the strength & technique of the Lyrical style without the demands of classical ballet. Both styles are offered within the same class. Examinations through C.B.A.A Ltd are offered.


Musical Theatre & Voice Classes

 

Acrobatics

For all ages. A fun class comprising stretch and flexibility exercises combined with basic acrobatic skills.
